Seaton is the provincial capital of Salinmoor and should not be confused with Seaton’s Cove, the much smaller coastal community where the Storm Tide Campaign began.

The city lies east of Seaton’s Cove, roughly two days away by road. As the principal city of the province, Seaton represents a larger center of government, trade, and authority than the communities farther west along the coast.
